– EU: 3-7 business days
– Other countries: 7-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. VAT AND TAXES

7. REFUND POLICY
### Digital products (online courses and live/online meetings) :
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are considered final once the user has been granted access to the course or once the meeting has taken place.
However:
– a refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase only if the content has not yet been accessed.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Conditions:
– product must be unused and in original condition
